Below are the rules ("Official Rules") that apply to all TheMoneyFactor.co.uk prize draws hosted on this site.

Rules for prize draws featured on the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk site, but which require registration for entry on a 3rd Party site, ARE NOT GOVERNED BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. PLEASE SEE THE DETAILS FEATURED ON THE SITE FOR SUCH 3RD PARTY PRIZE DRAWS FOR THE RULES THAT GOVERN SUCH PRIZE DRAWS.


NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


Terms

  • The competition will open at midday on 1st January 2007.
  • The competition will close at midday on 1st January 2008.
  • The total prize value is £250.
  • False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.
  • All entries become the property of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk and will not be returned.
  • Any information or data you provide on this website will be managed by Zoo Too Ltd.
  • THEMONEYFACTOR.CO.UK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY SCHEDULING OF ANY THEMONEYFACTOR.CO.UK OR PARTNER SPONSORED CONTEST WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
  • THEMONEYFACTOR.CO.UK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND ANY THEMONEYFACTOR.CO.UK OR PARTNER SPONSORED CONTEST WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.

Eligibility

  • You are eligible to enter the Contest if you are:

    i. a UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the contest.

    ii. 18 years old or older at time of entry.

    iii. not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of, Zoo Too Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk or Zoo Too Ltd.

    iv. not a relative of an employee, affiliate, officer or director of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk, Zoo Too Ltd or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk or Zoo Too Ltd.

    v. human - any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will automatically disqualify you. Void wherever prohibited by law.

    vi. an active (subscribed and confirmed) member of the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk site at the time of the draw. Should you choose to cancel your membership you will not be eligible for draws.
  • TheMoneyFactor.co.uk may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorised account holders of the email addresses used to enter the Contest. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.
  • Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk
  • In the event of a prize winner being disqualified, TheMoneyFactor.co.uk is under no obligation to publish this on the site.

Entry

  • By entering any TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contest, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules, any additional individual prize draws terms and conditions, and decisions of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk.
  • There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contests. Registration for the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk newsletter is free and requires that users submit some basic registration information, including name, email address and gender.
  • You may also agree to receive special offers and marketing emails from TheMoneyFactor.co.uk each of which may include opportunities to join and/or participate in services or programs that are offered by other third party marketing partners of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk.

How to win

  • The winner of the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk contests will be randomly chosen by a representative of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk (the "Judge") within two (2) weeks of the stated end date from all eligible entries received during the dates specified.
  • The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding.
  • The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The winner of the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk contests will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.

PRIZE DRAWS ENTERED ON OTHER SITES

  • Prize draws entered on sites other than the TheMoneyFactor.co.uk web site are not sponsored by TheMoneyFactor.co.uk and are not governed by these Official Rules. Please refer to prize draws rules/terms and conditions on the third party site for details and rules governing such contests.

Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable.
  • The prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the prize draws.
  • Prizes will be delivered to the home addresses of the prize winners, unless otherwise stated in the additional prize draws terms and conditions for the particular prize draws.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the additional prize draws terms and conditions for the particular prize draws, rather than choosing the prize offered, winners may elect to receive a cash prize equal to the stated value of the prize as set forth in the particular prize draws terms and conditions.

General Conditions

  • Winners may be required to provide a copy of their driver's license, sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, publicity releases and return within five (5) days of issuance of notification.
  • In the event that: i. such affidavits and releases are not signed; ii. any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or iii. the winner declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification (or in accordance with any other prize notification requirements) then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at TheMoneyFactor.co.uk's sole discretion.
  • TheMoneyFactor.co.uk expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold TheMoneyFactor.co.uk (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
  • TheMoneyFactor.co.uk and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities are not responsible for: i. any condition caused by events beyond the control of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk that may cause an TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; ii. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in any TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contest; or iii. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with any TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contest. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified.
  • TheMoneyFactor.co.uk is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii. telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii. errors in transmission; or iv. prize deliveries attempted but not received.
  • All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.
  • No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries will be accepted.
  • Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
  • TheMoneyFactor.co.uk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any TheMoneyFactor.co.uk Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of TheMoneyFactor.co.uk
  • In the event of cancellation, TheMoneyFactor.co.uk may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.
